All, Pilot Knoll Park is underwater - Go figure. The board is quickly coming up with a backup plan. I am not from Dallas so if any members know of a nice park that has a large covered facility with tables, please let Gary Dunnington and the board know. Also, and this is VERY IMPORTANT! TXTN Barbecue has increased their prices. Last year and the year before we ordered for 50 people and a large amount of food was left over and people were taking it home. This year we decided to order for 30. It is important that you post up on this thread if you going and how many people you will be bringing. If we are under 30 that is great but if you don't post up and we go over 30 we may not have enough for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this. We will let you know soon on what the plan is for the 13th. We are looking at several options.

Al & I are planning to attend something that day - whatever it is & wherever it might be!
----> Picnic & Board Meeting + Elections
----> Board Meeting + Elections & Birthday Bash

We're just trying to stay light on our feet & be flexible to any last minute changes that need to be made in order to compensate for Mother Nature's month-long down pours!!
